Bukhial plantation situated in Golaghat district of Assam province. This entire area is dominated by the Brahmaputra river and the area's wandering elephants. Te'en here comes from the leaves of the Indian tea-tree: Camelia Assamnica, which typically provides strong tasty drink with a deep sweetness, since this tree gives a certain sweetness in bitterness.

Brewing instructions:

  • Dosing: 12 g. per liter (4-5 teaspoons)
  • Water temperature: 950 C.
  • Steeping time: 3-5 minutes
