This is one of the original te'er from Brown's Hotel in London. This tea was Lord Byron's favorite: Black tea with added bergamot (Earl Grey), forest berries tea and lemon tea, adorned with flowers of jasmine, mallow and marigold, and orange peel

Originally used Lord Byron in early to take a spoonful of berries jam into his Earl Grey tea, something he had learned in Russia, where you always sweetened tea with jam, and then all of a slice of lemon, as it was / is customary in England.
