Bi Luo Chun, also known as "Spring Emerald" refers to tea leaves color and harvested in the spring, which takes place in the last 10 days in April.
China has 10 large famous teas, which Bi Luo Chun is one of them. It is described as the most tasty and also the strongest. The selected leaves that were originally picked by women and published on the chest. Each tea tree (bush) has 3 to 8 shots with two sheets which are picked. It is expected to pick 70 bushes to get 1 kg tea leaves.
The taste is very delicate with a fruity undertone and a delicate sweetness.
