Jin June Mei is a Lapsang Souchong tea type and is NOT smoked like the tea we call Lapsang Souchong. The name Lapsang Souchong is a term for the way teen gets made on. Lapsang Souchon tea (all) start in production as a green tea that are made for Chinese in the area teen gets made, that is, that green tea leaves are steamed NOT / burned with steam before the fermentation, which means that the green tea leaves can develop further.

Jin Mei June starts its life as tea, like green tea, but also drink in June and July in Anxi mountains in Fujian provensen. The rest of the green tea leaves are placed in boxes and stored. This our beautiful model of a Jin Mei June, stored for at least 7 years before the tea is sold again.

Lapsang Souchong teas are fully fermented ALWAYS, where most of the teas we call black teas, is called red tea in China and is fermented between 50 and 95% of the time it takes to complete ferment. As an example of other Lapsang Souchong tea may Board: Tary Lapsang Souchong, which is an old type of smoked tea, smoked over ash tree in the city Tary in southeast China and Pu-Erh tea from Yunnan provensen.

To make a cup of this wonderful strong black tea takes place as follows:

  •  Brew ONLY 1 cup at a time = 1 ½ cups. water
  •  Use games boiling water
  •  Dosage about 3 g. Per cup.

  1.     Start the brewing process by pouring the tea leaves with boiling water - max 1 ½ cups.
  2.     Standing time approximately 30-45 seconds.
  3.     Drink contents
  4.     Repeat 1-3 above 5-6 times
  5.     by 5-6 times prolonged infusion time with a 15-20 seconds per. brewing.
  6.     repeat the process as many times as you want. After 20 brews is not so much flavor back.
